Kathy started with CMIS as an ROI Specialist when her youngest son Thomas was just 6 months old, and he is now 12 years old! During Kathyʼs twelve years with CMIS, she worked her way up to management, and now has decided to spend some time at home with her family. Kathy and her husband, Neil, are the proud parents of five children: Lindsay, 24 (Lindsay played basketball for the Gophers, and has gone on to play in the WNBA for the Connecticut Suns); Katie, 20; Casey, 18; Annie, 14; and Thomas.

Kathyʼs plans for the near future include planning for Caseyʼs graduation from high school, Lindsayʼs wedding, and enjoying being able to spend more time at home with Casey, Annie and Thomas.

I asked Kathy about her favorite part of the job, and she said she truly enjoyed the employees and working with the management team, and that she will miss visiting the sites.

“I have met a lot of wonderful people in the 12 years that I worked for CMIS,” Kathy explains, “thank you for all your support and friendships.”
